Is there any chance Roku will add Vimeo as an App???

Roku is only responsible for The Roku Channel and similar Roku-related apps. It would be up to Vimeo to come out with a Roku app. A rough check of their web site seems to show it's only available for mobile devices.

And it could be that Vimeo is only licensed to distribute to mobile devices, not streamers.
