Viewing issue of a movie on MOVIELAND.TV

It is very odd that as the movie, RYAN'S DAUGHTER starts, all turns black during the intro and I just get sound.  I thought maybe it is a bandwidth  issue but I don't have the same issue with other movies on .  I think something is wrong on Movieland's end.  Can someone check and see if they have the same issue as me?  I can't find a way to contact Movieland and no contact or chat link to Roku.

Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
