Hello, it seems we can not use the player in Naples. We can load the channels and the content, but not play any of the content. However we can play the same channels on laptop without a VPN. How do we make this work?

Some content and services may be restricted depending on the country you are in and whether Roku is supported there. Some of the app/channel makers also restrict what can be viewed and where.  You may be able to watch some things, but not others and the content provided may also be different.
