Has this issue been fixed for you? Mine did this on both tvs in my home but my phone works fine. I think it’s my roku account and it’s annoying

We understand the issue you have encountered with the Univision app that does not open on your Roku device, and we're here to provide you with a troubleshooting step that you can perform to resolve the issue.

Follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen and add the channel again.

Ensure that all of the steps are properly performed for more effective troubleshooting results.
