Unable to play Good Morning America on my Roku streaming stick

I am using YouTube TV and can no longer playback Good Morning America on my Roku streaming stick. Been like that for two days now. What's up. Everything else playsback. Sometimes I get the closed captions but no picture...just a black screen. GMA only. Help??

Re: Unable to play Good Morning America on my Roku streaming stick

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @jadrma!

Thanks for reporting the playback issue you've encountered with Good Morning America on YouTube TV. We'd be happy to suggest some steps to help you troubleshoot this app.

Kindly try the following steps provided below:

  1. Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
  2. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
  3. Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

If the troubleshooting steps are not effective, we strongly advise you to escalate the matter to the channel's support team. It's important to note that Roku simply hosts the channel on the platform and does not have direct management control over it.

You may reach them here: YouTube TV Support

Keep us posted on how it goes!

Warm regards,
Carly
