Roku is not (yet??) supported there. While, it is possible for a Roku channel/app to be supported where Roku itself is not, many app creators choose not to do that. They often only support an area that is some subset of Roku’s supported area. Even if they have similar channel/apps on other platforms in that area.
Buying a Roku outside of one it their (currently 18) supported countries is a bit of an adventure I guess.
