US region account cannot add hulu, HBO, Disney, or Prime

I have a Roku Ultra 4640X connected to an account made in the USA. I do not have a "search channel" option. I see Hulu, HBO, Disney, and Prime on the hulu app buy when I select add, nothing happens. I've tried everything I could find online including a full factory reset. How the heck is there a Hulu button on my remote but no way to add or access Hulu??? Let alone all the other channels I have accounts with?

You say you have a "US region account".

  • Where are you physically located?
  • Where is the email account used for your Roku account physically located?
  • Are you using a VPM that masks your actual location (Roku doesn't like VPMs).
  • Where does your internet IP say you are located?  A websearch for my IP location will list many sites you can use to check this.
