You say you have a "US region account".
- Where are you physically located?
- Where is the email account used for your Roku account physically located?
- Are you using a VPM that masks your actual location (Roku doesn't like VPMs).
- Where does your internet IP say you are located? A websearch for my IP location will list many sites you can use to check this.
