Ok so if the channel is included with your Cox tv then you should be able to log in with your Cox credentials. If you cannot then give Cox a call or the developer of the channel. Can you explain exactly what is happening? Which Roku model do you own?
Same here. It gives code but when I go to activate it says no tv providers found. It has been doing it from some time. App works but unable to get it to play on Roku.
I'm having the same issue. I called tvone a few months ago and I never got a response. I also sent 3 emails with no response. I called Spectrum and I was told I have to contact tvone. The only way you can look at anything on tvone is one demand. It's been months and they still have not fixed the problem. Calling for technical support to tvone is a joke.
