Apps constantly resetting

I have several TCL Roku TV's and 2 Roku Streaming Players. All of which have this problem. Passwords in the app - does not matter which one - constantly is forgotten/reset. I could be watching something via the app (Hulu as example) leave the app and go back in a few hours later and prompting me for my password again. Any app. All TV's and devices. I have factory reset these things over and over and it is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Also - what is the deal with apps having to constantly download again? I have not installed any new apps and I know I have space but these apps keep offloading. And it does not matter if you use the app or not, it will offload.

Thoughts? If I did not invest in 4 TCL Roku TV's I would never be using the product but I am sorta locked in now.

Re: Apps constantly resetting

What model number for TV and player? Go to Settings/System/About. Some older players, and the basic Roku Express, only have a pitiful 256MB of storage. If you move between multiple apps, the oldest gets dumped to make room for the one you want to run now. Most newer players have 4GB of storage.
