I have an account but just trying to stream on my Mac computer on therokuchannel.com. I have sound but there is no picture. What am I not doing to get the picture?

@cb73A bit confused by your post..Are you using a Roku device and if so, what model and type of connection (WiFi or wired). The Roku channel is for people who OWN a Roku player 🙂
The free content from The Roku Channel is streamable via web browsers via therokuchannel.com. They have also made a Roku Channel app available on recent Samsung and Fire smart TVs. No Roku device or even a Roku account is required. Roku shares in the advertising revenue from the hundreds of included ad-supported channels.
Premium subscriptions obtained through Roku and viewed through The Roku Channel DO require viewing on a Roku player.

I'm having the same issue. I'm logged into my Roku account on rokuchannel.com. I'm trying to watch a show that I paid fro through the Roku Premium service subcribtion. When I try to play the episode I can hear audio but there is no picture. I'm on a Macbook using Google Chrome as my browser. Can you please find a solution to this? I would like to watch my shows from my computer when I'm not near my RokuTV.
