I think my 8 year old twin granddaughters played with my universal remote and suddenly my screen on Roku had zoomed vertically. I looked at community posts and tried everything for a week to fix it and nothing worked. The screen was fine with 2 other inputs, cable TV, the Infomir mag box. I have a very modern LG OLED tv and couldn't find any screen settings. I finally did a Factory reset on the Roku - no luck. I looked again at the TV settings and saw the setting for aspect ratio and it was set to vertical zoom. I set it to normal and the problem is solved. I could have sworn that the aspect ratio setting was not available before the Factory reset.
