I just moved from a Roku Player3 to a Streaming Stick 4K. All the channels migrated but most are missing their icons.
I did a system restart and it doesn’t update the icons. Next steps?
I installed the 4K stick on Tuesday (yesterday). Everything migrated over, but the icons were slow to update. As this a replacement device, I had to login to each to re-establish credentials.
I am down to one app without an icon (PBS). I am logged in and am able use it. I took this app from the Roku store.
The Netflix app migrated over but does not recognize my password. When I ask it to send an email to reset my password the email never arrives. I suspect there is a problem with both the app and the button on the remote. I can login my Netflix account without any problems directly on there website.
Hi @Gotadimple,
Thank you for reporting this issue to the Roku Community!
We're happy to look into this further. Could you tell us what icon you mean? Was this the icon for the channels on your home screen? A photo would be really helpful. Also, when did you start having this issue?
Please let us know.
All the best,
Janadee

This is fixed.
the one channel without an icon has updated, after going to the channel and starting a program.
Netfix either through the Home Screen or the remote button now operates properly. This required I use a special web page to connect so the credentials could be accepted.
