We understand you're having a problem with the show River on BritBox since it will not play. We're happy to assist you. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates. After updating the channel, try again to access the show and see if that will be able to fix the issue.

The show is playing now. I was already on the most recent Roku release which is currently 3.0.
