Tennis channel - green spinning circle

For the last 2 days, the tennis channel app will open and then when you click a program to watch, I just get a spinning green circle. If it does eventually open, it will play the live channel for a few seconds and then constantly bounce back to the spinning green circle a few times before kicking me out of the live event all together. My Roku Ultra is wired to internet and there are no connection issues. Every other channel/app works fine.

Re: Tennis channel - green spinning circle

Greeting @Jasvick

Welcome to the Roku

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing with the channel. Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?

Does this clear the issue you are seeing? Keep us posted.

Regards,
Nimfa

Re: Tennis channel - green spinning circle

We had the same problem in Roku, and solved it by resetting the TennisChannel Plus password. Then Roku was forced to reset the channel. The Roku advice to remove the channel from Roku is probably good, except with Roku subscriptions of TennisChannel Plus, it is impossible to remove the channel without first canceling the subscription. you would have to cancel your subscription to the channel (temporarily) to remove the channel (temporarily), which would be more of a hassle.
