TCL Series 6 Roku TV DirecTV App not working after update yesterday.

When I select the DirecTV App, the sound works and the DVR controls show at the bottom of the screen, but there is no picture.  I can watch recorded programs, but am unable to watch anything live on the app.

The app was fine prior to the update.

Additionally, there is a screenshot of the old homescreen appearing at the bottom left of the screen when on the devices' homepage.

I have a TCL series 6 television.  

Here are the particulars:

  • TCL Model: 65R635
  • Hardware ID: A114X
  • Software Version: 12.5.5 build 4177-88
