Channels & viewing

Hi,

Subscription Belgium TV with 9 interfaces.  Lately 2 of them not working RTL TVi and Canal Zoom.

please let me know if there is solution to fix that issue Thank you

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thank you Danny for getting back to me.  
Belgium TV is a pay subscription and if Roku do not have the solution to make my subscription work as before I don’t know who else can answer me.   If you have an idea please let me know otherwise I will be forced to cancel the subscription.

Thanks for the follow up.

Have you tried contacting the channel provider directly to see what insight they can provide? As stated previously, many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
