I can access all the apps, have no trouble with them, but cant get live tv to work. It will load the guide, but not content. I have checked all the settings and even done a factory reset, but still not getting the streaming to work.

Thanks for flagging us about this and we'd like to learn more to see how we can be of support. Were you able to access this before? Have you tried any troubleshooting?

In addition, could you please specify what Live TV are you referring to? Is this for TRC Live TV, or directly for OTA Antenna Live TV?

I was told it is an issue in the Enhibeering Dept and would reply back in 3-5 business days have not heard anything. This Roku device is useless if you want to view live news via abc nbc or cbs! I wasted my money.
