TCL Roku tv keeps crashing/ shutting down. Internet connection is fine . It goes from a black screen to the red Roku screen, when it finally “connects “ can watch about 5 minutes and then it shuts down again. Tried unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging back in, doesn’t make any difference.
@Monkey5, I hope it's still under warranty. About all I can suggest is a factory reset and to contact TCL, but from reports here TCL won't help if it's out of warranty.
