Have you tried the suggestion posted by @Anonymous above? If not, we recommend giving it a shot. Please let us know as well if you are experiencing the issue on multiple channels or only on Newsmax.

We'd like to know more about the problem you are running into. Could you walk us through the issue you are seeing? Were you able to access the channel on your Roku device? Have you taken any troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem?

After reading your comments I tried the same and it corrected our problems as well. Good job!
