I’m also having the same problem and I’ve tried on three different Roku devices. I have completed factory resets, reinstalled the actual channel and every other possible option with no luck.

My issue is precisely as described by OP and others, up to and including the white box.
I did the usual troubleshooting of updating/rebooting/uninstall+reinstall.
Pertinents as follows:

I’m having the same issue with my Spotify app as @claraeileen99 had, and tried all the steps you recommended, but they didn’t work.
I also live in the US, but actually didn’t recently move. The app just suddenly stopped working on my Roku. Worked just fine yesterday. All my other apps work just fine, my WiFi and all works fine. But no Spotify.
This is the only thread I can find that matches my situation. Any additional help with this would be great 🙂

We appreciate the update.
Thank you for confirming that the issue has been resolved on your end.
In addition, we would recommend updating the Spotify app for Roku users having the same issue.
To update an app on Roku, navigate to the app on your home screen, press the "Star (*)" button on your remote, and select "Check for Updates." most Roku apps update automatically, but you can manually check for updates this way.
