Roku states that this movie is available, but when I try to play it, it loads, and then fails every time. Is this movie really available and has anyone else got it working? I bought the Roku just to watch this movie and now it's not even working.
The PopStar! channel/app seems to load fine and plays content fine but does not list Sebastian (2024) as available.
It also does not list this title as being available on the PopStar! website either. https://video.popstaronline.com/
I think this is just an error in the Roku Search Results which is causing the crashing error (got same crash when selecting from the Roku Search Results).
Hi, @Axcellent @Gameldame.
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know about this. We'd be happy to provide further information regarding this matter.
We've tried to replicate this on our end and can confirm that the Popstar! TV app is not responsive. Although this is being offered within the Roku streaming platform, please be informed that they are also the ones who manage and maintain their app on the platform independently.
We highly recommend coordinating this with the service provider directly for further assistance. You may reach them here: Popstar! Support
In the meantime, the movie Sebastian (2024) is being offered on the Apple TV app.
We hope you find this information helpful.
Best regards,
Carly

While disappointed, I appreciate you taking the time to test it yourself. It must be an error on Roku's end with which titles are available. Thanks!
It's more likely to be an error at Popstar's end, in not keeping the data they provide to Roku up to date.
I open Popstar from the roku search and Sebastian comes up. But when I select watch now, or whatever the command is, the screen blacks and I am returned to the page saying the same thing. So while I agree that Popstar might not be updating roku on availability, it doesn’t seem to be updating itself either, or else why does the movie, complete with a still, even come up?
