Screen and all channels pixelated - Where is Actual "Customer Service"?

If all of us Roku & Roku Ultra Owner/Subscribers are supposed to be receiving regular "Updates" to our operating systems and/or we have genuine Lip Sync or Visual Pixelation, regardless of what channel or network, then:

Why can't we get Real/Live Customer Service Technicians to go directly to the operational problem and fix it rather than having a "Roku Employee/Community Moderator" giving the effected Customer/Subscriber a multitude of "Have You Tried ....." suggestions, that they have already tried?

I also have tried all of the "Community Moderator" suggestions with only a moderate Lip Sync solution & am still waiting on ROKU to fix the wide spread Pixelation Problem!!

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we certainly want to know more about this so we can assist you. What channel or channels and its content are affected by the audio sync or pixelated issue? Also, when did you first notice this issue?
