If all of us Roku & Roku Ultra Owner/Subscribers are supposed to be receiving regular "Updates" to our operating systems and/or we have genuine Lip Sync or Visual Pixelation, regardless of what channel or network, then:
Why can't we get Real/Live Customer Service Technicians to go directly to the operational problem and fix it rather than having a "Roku Employee/Community Moderator" giving the effected Customer/Subscriber a multitude of "Have You Tried ....." suggestions, that they have already tried?
I also have tried all of the "Community Moderator" suggestions with only a moderate Lip Sync solution & am still waiting on ROKU to fix the wide spread Pixelation Problem!!
