I am soooo sick of the new screeching Roku advertisement; the last thing I want to hear while watching streaming content is people shrieking about Roku! Please stop airing that ridiculous advertisement. I am just amazed that some director of marketing would think that piece a good idea.

I am going to stop watching the Roku channel. The doubled volume of the commercials is about as annoying as the "Less Screaming, More Streaming" commercials. Both annoyances are swaying me away from the Roku channel altogether.

Agreed. Beyond obnoxious. A grown man screaming at a video game for 30 seconds. I wish we could opt out of certain commercials.

I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. The thing is, ads are expensive to make and they’ve invested in those ridiculous ones. Someone should be fired for hiring that ad agency.

I think they will find their ads are more expensive than they thought. I wonder what the tipping point is for their "expensive ads". 

#new tv - I am in the market for a new TV, but it won't be a Roku.

Roku channel. I've so far seen them on Castle and Grimm that I can remember. I've got ptsd and these things trigger me and I mute it and all following commercials.
