Ruku channel experience is unbearable

I do not watch Roku channel much.  Today when I watched a movie from Roku Channel on my TV, the experience was just horrible.  A black screen appeared and was there for more than 1 minute. Then an ad finally appeared, but another black screen occured again for more than 30 seconds before a new ad was showed. It seems there was a blackscreen of 30 seconds between each ad. 

Clearly Roku is so behind of other streamer, and cannot get the basic thing right.

May we know if the issue happens with a specific content on The Roku Channel, or happens to every content? In addition, is this your first time experiencing this issue? Further, can you provide us with an image referring to the issue?

In the meantime, we recommend performing a system restart as a troubleshooting step to see if it resolves the issue. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Once this has been performed, check if you notice any improvements.

The problem happend for all the movies I watched under Roku Channel. 

I do not see this function under Roku Channel -  Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

It's under the main Roku Settings menu, not within any particular app/channel.
