I've removed and reinstalled the channel, signed out and back in, reset the TV, updated my password on Showtime, and spoke with tech support. Nothing has worked. Support told me they would call me back but never did. Similar issue anyone?
@spvone, did you subscribe through Roku or directly with Showtime? If you subscribed through Roku your subscription will show up at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If no subscription is shown there then you didn't subscribe through Roku. If there is a subscription shown there, make sure the email address displayed under Settings->System->About matches the email address you used to log in at https://my.roku.com .
If you didn't subscribe through Roku then you'll have to take it up with Showtime.
