I don’t have the fandango app!! And I can not use my tv at all because it will not let me past the fandango main sign in screen. It also acts like something is pushing a button on the remote because the blue light on the front of the Roku device keeps blinking like it is trying to do something but it doesn’t. I unplugged….plugged….and changed batteries and NOTHING HELPED. now I have a tv that is useless because I can’t even get to the main screen for setting or anything.

In the meantime, could you please try using the Roku mobile app to see if the same issue occurs? It seems like this could be a physical remote issue. You may refer to our support articles provided below to help you:
After doing so, use the mobile app to remove your physical remote under Settings > Remotes & devices > Remote.

Apparently Roku and Fandango have some kind of love affair going on. Instead of telling people you don't, come clean and get a divorce so we can use are remotes again.
