Roku pauses my TV while watching on DirecTV

While watch any show on any channel on Direct TV, Roku will pause my show and post a message that if wish to continue to watch, press OK.

Why does Roku pause my TV?

Has it been a long time since a button was pressed? Like over an hour? Some streaming services don't want to pay for bandwidth if they believe no one is actually watching.

Banned but back. Because why not?
