I have a Roku Ultra and when I select the Roku channel it goes there but when I try to select a movie or show it will never just go to that show it skips 2 or 3 shows down or sideways never just one channel at a time. It does the same from the selections from the left side, start with home and try to move down one position and it moves two or three positions.

We appreciate you letting us know about this and rest assured that we'll provide you with assistance. To resolve this skipping tile issue, perform a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, check to see if you notice any improvements.
