Channel playback could likely happen either with the network connection or the channel alone. We would recommend performing a system restart by using your Roku remote and navigating to Settings > System > Power (if available) System restart. It is also recommended to perform a reset on your router and then try again to see if that helps.
Or, if this has been applied, let us know when you started experiencing the issue and if it is affecting both on-demand content and Live TV.
