Thanks Danny. We appreciate your consideration and any efforts of the support team. Our device seems to work fine except with programs on the Roku Channel. The Roku Channel worked great until about four weeks ago. Something definitely changed about that time.
I just got the roku express 4k and every app works except the roku one. I click on it and i i get the 3 dots then it goes right back to the home screen.. help lol

@Bob29, the 3050 is ancient by electronics standards and support for it was discontinued a few years ago. I don't think you're going to find any kind of solution other than retiring that device and getting a new one. Check your offers for a discount:
