I guess you haven't looked into it because the episodes are still missing and mis-numbered. For example, in season one, the first episode is numbered E1 (as it should) and the next episode listed is E5. Meanwhile the actual second episode is numbered E101, listed 5th in line yet 4 other episodes are listed before it if you have it on autoplay. This is quite jarring. Then to top it off, the actual third and fourth episodes of the first season are completely missing.
You said to the previous poster that you would look into this if the exact information was posted to you. All you have to do is bring it up on your screen, you'll plainly see, episodes are missing and/or some of them are marked out of order.
Hi @emcardi,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we understand some content is missing on The Roku Channel. If possible, could you send us an image with the mix-up of episodes so we can better understand the issue?
We look forward to your response.
All the best,
Kash
Why can't you just log on? How can you fix it if you don't even know how to log on?
So far I've found that Episodes 2, 3, and 4 are missing from Season 1. Where can I find them????
I am having the same problem. Episodes 2, 3, 4, and 7 are missing from season 1. I have not looked at seasons 2-4 yet.
I downloaded the Roku Channel to watch this show and I was excited about what other shows might be on it. I’m now thinking the Roku Channel is a waste of time.
Update: In order to help viewers, I wanted to create an outline for how to decode season 1 (because Roku does not seem in a hurry to do anything about it).
E1: Correct
E2: Listed as “E101”
E3: Missing completely
E4: Listed as “E103”
E5: Correct
E6: Correct
E7: Listed as “E106”
E8: Missing (the one labeled E8 is actually E9)
E9: Listed as “E8” and titled incorrectly (the one labeled E9 is actually E10)
E10: Listed as “E9” and titled incorrectly (the one labeled E10 is actually E11)
E11: Listed as “E10”
E12: Listed as “E111”
E13: Listed as “E112”
Overall, The Roku Channel is missing episodes 3 and 8; episodes 2, 4, 7, 12, and 13are labeled incorrectly; and episodes 9, 10, and 11 are labeled and titled incorrectly.
Have fun viewers. Guess I’m going to a different platform 🤦🏼♂️
