I see a lot of people (myself included) complaining about Youtube playback speed not working. We are told to contact Youtube or Google. If so many people are complaining about this, why doesn't ROKU contact whoever they need to contact to resolve this issue? I don't understand this. They want the consumer to contact Youtube or Google about revising a ROKU app? ROKU should take care of that. At this point, I would NOT recommend ROKU to anyone. This is NOT the way you do business and this is NOT the way you treat your customers.
