Looks like the pilot episode of Hardcastle & McCormick is missing from Roku channel. Was this an oversight?

I suppose this post will be as useful as my posts on the Amazon forums for issues with their content? One of my oldest posts there goes back a year with no resolution.

Only part one of the Season 1 pilot is available. It goes from episode 1 to episode 3. Episode 2 is the part 2 of episode 1.
