For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thank you for the information.  Do you mean contact AcornTV? I did contact them at the same time as I contacted ROKU. I got a reply that they will work on a resolution.  So far, that’s it.

I have contacted Acorn - long before I posted here - they have said they are "working on it"

I submitted a ticket with them. They finally answered that the problem was fixed. It wasn’t on any of my rokus. They said they will try again.

I too got the reply "working on it."  I assume sooner or later it'll be fixed

I have same problem with selected programs. Today it is Lovejoy three times jumping back to beginning and I have to fast forward to stopping point. Resume feature still not working properly.

Yup, same happening with me. I've had it happen in the past and complained and unsubscribed because it's so frustrating.
