My remote is not allowing me to tab to the various apps that i have for selection. The various buttons at the bottom of the remote (i.e. Netflix or ESPN) work when pressed.
I have rebooted the ROKU box numerous times, changed the batteries in the remote.
It is an older ROKU unit and was outside on our porch where this particular ROKU/TV is.
Help!!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku TV associated with the affected remote. It can be viewed by navigating to Settings > System > About. In addition, this can be found on the back of the stick itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
