I’m having this issue with the Mario movie on peacock but the weird thing is a few days ago the same movie seemed to have normal hdr. Since then it’s been washed out. Every other app is fine and even most other programs in peacock look fine. Not worth the effort of going into dev settings to change for 1 movie but still annoying
I’m canceling my Roku account based on this level of customer service. There have been 10 Roku customer help who have all asked the same questions, received the same answers and then not followed up with a resolution. Any company who assists customers in this manner will be bankrupt in a year.

lol nah they won’t go bankrupt every fortune company works this way now. Get some outsourced workers for as cheap as possible to work off a script and focus on hitting their KPI metrics rather then provide support. All in the hope that they can squeeze out a bit more profit so they can show quarter over quarter growth for their shareholders. Corporate America in 2023 lol
