Streaming Store Screen is missing all the Selections (Channel Store)

All the selections on the left side of the screen are missing.  Selections like "featured", "new", "most popular" and search channels are gone.  When I use the search engine, which is buried in the screen, the response is always streaming shows but never any channels.  When I first installed my Roku, all I had to do was select the box that said "add channel" from the main Roku menu and then I would search for a channel name.  It was that easy.  This occurs on all five of my Roku devices.  

I did a factory reset which did absolutely nothing.  I believe it's time to purchase a Fire Stick.
