We appreciate you for sharing your concern here with us. Could you please point a flashlight out to your Roku TV while it's on to see if it's pitched black or if the design is dim? Also, are you hearing music while the TV has a black screen? Furthermore, did the issue occur after the latest Roku OS update, and does this happen to a specific channel or throughout the Roku platform?
Furthermore, if you're able to, could you please provide us with the Roku TV information such as device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About or at the bottom/back/box of the TV).
