No worries, we're here to find you the best resolution possible. Does this happen to the News 12 Live TV channel only? Have you tried to check the strength of your network connection? If not, we highly suggest so by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll and select Settings > Network > Check connection. In addition, try to reset your router and see if it will make any difference. 

Let us know what you find out and we'll go from there.

Problem solved. Deleted app, then reloaded. Had to sign in again, but News 12 app is now working again
