I went to open the Puerto Rico FTA channels this morning and it says that "This channel is not longer available" and for more info to go to roku.com/channel removed but there is no explanation.
But they withdraw the monthly payment yesterday.

Most apps or channels on the Roku streaming platform are being created, maintained, and updated by the channel providers themselves independently. It may be possible that they removed their app from the platform and may or may not bring it back. Only the channel providers can further clarify or confirm this.

Me pasó lo mismo a mi alguien sabe le número a llamar a Roku
My renewal is due tomorrow and I am hesitant to cancel it yet because of faith moreless. We need an update on what is going on and have the channel restored and working. I did the Roku recommended troubleshooting and I don't have the application anymore. Please don't select remove app from your Roku or you will lose the app from it.
