Let's try performing a system reboot by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart, and let me know if this helps correct the picture size on your TV screen.
If the issue persists, kindly provide me with the following details as I will coordinate this with our appropriate team for further investigation:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Is this happening on a specific channel or on your Roku Home screen?
- Kindly provide me with a photo of it for reference.
