Paramount plus owner logged out. Account is paid thru September but won't take my credentials

My ex created the paramount plus account. The billing is thru my roku/credit card.  He's since signed out of the device and I can't watch the app. I've created a new paramount account,  which made me select a free trial. I still can't log in because it says an account exists and to use that one (his). I'm paid thru September. 

How do I fix this without getting billed twice?
