Paramount+ keeps returning to the Home screen

Our internet provider had technical issues yesterday and we were without wifi for about 30 minutes. Now Paramount plus won't work. It launches to the page where we choose a profile then returns to Roku home screen. 

We have reset the modem, reset the Roku, updated all systems, etc. The channel let me uninstall and re-install without fixing the problem - now it doesn't give me the option to uninstall.

Totally lost on how to repair. I certainly don't want to pay for something that doesn't work!

Please offer help

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having a problem with Paramount+. To see more of what's going on here. Could you tell us a little bit more about this? How are you powering the device? Is it to a wall outlet or directly to a TV USB port? Is this an isolated issue only on Paramount+, or is this also happening to the rest of the channel?

With a better understanding of this issue, we'll be able to work further on it.
