I posted yesterday about having issues with getting a film to play on Paramount+. I discovered that the films I had saved on Paramount+ that were added back 2 days ago that appear on my save list will not play, but other films/shows load up normally. It has still not been resolved. Can you get in touch with Paramount+ & get to the bottom of this?

If you cannot play videos from one channel after attempting the suggestions on the link, videos from other channels play fine; contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku.
In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

Thanks for bringing this up! I wish I could help, but just want to say I'm having the same issue with saved movies as of Oct 1, when everything was working fine on Sept 30 - however, it is happening with saved movies from Roku channel, Paramount+ and AMC+ as well (Roku plus all my subscriptions). I, too, had lots of previously saved movies suddenly reappear a couple days beforehand. Roku is saying it's a provider issue and contact them, but I'm certain it's a Roku problem - how can all of them go wrong on the same day, the day when the movie selections changed? I hope someone can help us, because I sure can't figure this out. Good luck to you (and myself, too!)

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with the Save List category within The Roku Channel. We'd be happy to share further information about this.
Please be informed that content on The Roku Channel has its own licensing, which expires after a specific time period. It may be possible that they renewed their license, causing it to reappear.
If this happens again we suggest rebooting your Roku system under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart to see if this makes any difference.
