Paramount+Showtime wont let me progress to Showtime unless I upgrade to the annual plan!

Paramount+Showtime got my monthly ad-free subscription fee of $11.99 and now wont let me progress to Showtime unless I upgrade to the annual plan, depite showing the tile that my current plan includes Showtime.

Can't reach customer service -- no chat option, no phone option, and get status wheel every time I try to contact support -- been trying for the last hour!!!!!!

It will be more effective if you directly contact our account-billing team, as they are the best ones who can further assist you with this. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments, and subscriptions" category. There should be an option where you can talk to one of our live representatives.

If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to let us know.
