paramount plus isn't working with the right user and password

Mine has been crashing for three days now starts the cbs load page the back to the roku screen
The problem has resolved itself on both my TCL Roku TVs. Hopefully it has for others who experienced this problem as well.
I have 2 hisense roku tvs. One of them is doing this and the other isn't. I have tried multiple things including removing and adding channel. Resetting roku tv but nothing is working. Please help.
It is now Thursday, April 29 and no fix yet.

We believe the issue you were experiencing with Paramount playback to be resolved now. We would recommend removing the channel, rebooting your Roku device, and then adding the channel back again to see if the channel is resolved. Nope still not working here
Did all of that. Several times. Still not working. Nothing changed.

When I click the * on paramount plus, I only get the option to move, not remove, the channel. Other apps give me the option to remove. Suggestions? I also went to steaming channels and selected paramount and it still didn’t give the option to remove.
done this multiple times. The app opens, it allows me to pick a show, but then it goes right back to the home screen.
