Paramount plus has disappeared on my home screen, and when i try to open the app from my apps list, it doesn't open. additionally, i can't click the options button on it, while i can for the rest of my other apps. restarting the TV does nothing.

Thank you for your help, I did manage to fix the problem by installing the Roku app on my mobile device, and opening Paramount plus that way. doing this also fixed the app not appearing on the home screen or opening.
Roku OS is also up to date

Just a follow-up: Do you have other existing Roku devices? We'd like to check if the Pramount+ app shows up on the Home screen of your other Roku device and see if we can remove and re-install it. If it is connected to the same Roku account, it will sync to your other existing Roku devices.

No, unfortunately i don't have access to another Roku TV I had in the past.
