On Paramount+, I want to skip entire episodes and I can't find that option.  Some shows, there are just certain episodes that I don't care for, and I can't find any way to do it  On most apps, it has the option when I click on the arrows.  The only way I can find to do it is to go BACK to the show page and then select the next one.  Is that the only way to do it?
