Just talk to Paramount Plus, they are aware of the problem and are working with Roku on it.

Paramount+ Green Screen when playing movies only on Roku dongles.
P+ streams work on my TCL TV, pc browsers, and iphone app.

I already tried deleting the P+ channel > restarting Roku > and reinstalling the P+ channel.

Paramount plus works fine on Apple TV. None of roku “fixes” work, wonder if they even care?

What Roku device do you have? I'm having the same issue in the living room. But it works on the Roku in another room, which has a different device. The living room is the Ultra player. I wonder if that's the problem.
